Allows VME boards to be installed in a MultibusII® chassis

The LBXVME board allows a 6U VME board to be installed in an Intel MultibusII chassis. The iLBX bus host uses the LBXVME to move data between its iLBX bus and the external VME bus. The LBXVME then performs all data, control and status translation between the VME device and the MultibusII system. The LBXVME and the associated VME board can be installed into any or all of the 6 LBX slots contained in the MultibusII chassis.

Features:

The 7 VME interrupts are mapped into the 1 LBX interrupt.
The VME device can only operate in the SLAVE mode.
Programming control of the LBXVME is via the iLBX bus interconnect address space.
VME addressing is 16, 24 or 32-bits.
Read/Write data are transferred as 8, 16 or 32-bit words.
Data may be Word or Byte swapped.
VME address modifier code is programmable.
Programmable address mapping from iLBX to VMEbus.
Maximum memory size (iLBX) is 64 Mbytes.
